"In the span of eleven years, we have successfully exported over 1.6 million products, exceeding 800 containers, all without experiencing any returns, claims, or recalls."

    On this day, a reporter conducted an interview with Huang Lianghai, the chairman of Liancheng County Fenghai Bamboo & Wood Industry Co., Ltd.

    In the Pengkou Industrial Concentration Area of Liancheng County, the factory's slogans—"Meticulous, Wholehearted, Careful, Quality Always Satisfying"—stood out prominently. Spanning over 20,000 square meters, the standard factory buildings were well-organized, featuring distinct zones for raw materials, processing, inspection, and display. Inside, workers were diligently crafting bamboo and wooden products destined for export to Europe, including pet houses and leisure wooden houses, creating a vibrant atmosphere of industriousness.

  The company was established in 2009 and operates as an export enterprise that seamlessly integrates research and development, production, and trade. It possesses independent capabilities for handling foreign trade orders and developing new products, with a specialization in the in-depth processing and marketing of bamboo and wood products. The product range includes four primary categories: wooden pet houses, modern horticultural items, children's products, and leisure goods. Additionally, it offers bamboo furniture, kitchenware, and travel-related leisure products. The company's offerings are primarily exported to 17 countries and regions, including the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Italy.

  The company upholds the principle of "quality first, integrity foremost," and has been honored as a board member of the China Wood Structure Industry Alliance, the Bamboo Engineering Materials Branch of the Wood Protection Industry Association, and recognized as a leading enterprise among Longyan's Science and Technology Small Giants. Additionally, it has been awarded the title of "Contract-abiding and Credit-worthy Enterprise" in Longyan for four consecutive years, earning widespread acclaim from both domestic and international customers for its outstanding product quality.

  "This is the raw materials warehouse," Huang Lianghai remarked, gesturing toward a stack of timber. "Each piece of wood has undergone a thorough re-inspection." Any boards exhibiting cracks or deformities were promptly discarded. This meticulous attention to detail marks the initial step in our rigorous control over raw materials; even the smallest imperfection must never compromise the quality of the final product.  In the production and material preparation workshop, employees were engaged in precise timber cutting and meticulous material polishing. Meanwhile, in the detailed processing workshop, workers were diligently grooving, planing, and drilling holes with care. In the finished product workshop, teams were fervently assembling the various components. The entire production process unfolded smoothly and efficiently.

    Every stage of the processing is subject to rigorous scrutiny and a multi-tiered system of oversight," Huang Lianghai elaborated. Employees are only permitted on-site after completing comprehensive training in production techniques and product quality, which includes instruction on quality assurance, integrity, and safety protocols. They are committed to a policy that emphasizes safety, quality, and honesty as top priorities. Each batch of products undergoes meticulous control, with every detail thoroughly examined to guarantee that the quality meets or exceeds customer satisfaction and expectations.

    "All finished products must undergo assembly and testing before they can be packaged for shipment," stated Huang Lianghai. In the assembly and testing area, two employees collaborated to 'construct' a small wooden house, meticulously ensuring that each plank and component was accurately assembled and properly fitted. Once they confirmed that everything met the required standards, the wooden house was taken apart for packaging, thereby safeguarding product quality and preventing any defective items from leaving the factory."

The product sells well in 17 countries and regions in Europe and America.

Within the staff reading room and the party-building area, the company seamlessly integrates the development of an integrity system into its corporate culture. He shared an anecdote about a time when he learned that a customer was eager to purchase tens of thousands of items at an appealing price. While his company had the capacity to accommodate such a substantial order, he realized that prioritizing this single customer could compromise timely deliveries for others. As a result, he made the resolute decision to turn down the request. This unwavering commitment to quality and reliability has enabled his company to maintain an impressive record of 100% on-time delivery over the past 11 years since its establishment.

 "We have developed over 1,000 products throughout the years," Huang Lianghai remarked as he guided us through the product display area. In 2017, the company completed its Phase II project, which involved an investment exceeding 10 million yuan. This milestone significantly accelerated the company's transformation and upgrading process, resulting in innovative offerings such as 'leisure wooden houses' and 'children's wooden houses.'  In response to market demands, the company has consistently increased its investment in technology to ensure that its products are not only novel and versatile but also highly favored by European consumers.
