1.Do you provide free samples?

We do not offer free samples. The sample fee is three times the unit price.

2.What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 3–4 items, or 100–200 pieces per models in a 40HQ container.

3.Are you a direct factory?

Yes, we are. With over 30 years of manufacturing experience, we own a modern production base covering 50,000 ㎡, including 14,000 ㎡ of warehouse space and 8,000 ㎡ of office space.

4.What is the order terms and conditions, and which loading port of the shipment will we ship from?

It is FOB Xiamen, so the loading port is Xiamen.

5.How long does it take for making a sample?

It takes about 7 days.

6.Can you produce based on our custom designs?

Yes, of course. Your owe design is also welcomed. Not only for samples, but also for mass production.

7.What is the lead time for mass production?

The general production lead time is around 45-60 days after receiving the signed PI. But for the orders before and after our CNY holiday, please plan in advance.

8.What should I do if I receive defective products?

We will send the replacement parts in the next shipment.

9.Are your bamboo & wooden products eco-friendly?

Yes, all our bamboo and wooden products are eco-friendly. For specific certifications, please refer to the "Certificates and Honors" section on the website.

10.How can I track my order production progress?

We will closely follow up production and keep you updated with detailed progress regularly.
