On January 27, upon visiting Fenghai Bamboo & Wood Co., Ltd. in Liancheng County, it was noted that the expansion project for the digital production line of bamboo refined processing (Phase III) has successfully completed the construction of Plants 1 and 2, along with the installation of essential core equipment. The construction of Plant 3 is set to commence shortly. Once this initiative, aimed at replacing plastic with bamboo, is fully operational, the company anticipates a doubling of its production capacity, with an expected annual output value exceeding 550 million RMB.

On April 17, the author had the opportunity to visit Fenghai Bamboo & Wood Industry Co., Ltd., situated in the Pengkou Industrial Park of Liancheng County. Upon arrival, the bustling production workshops of both Phase I and Phase II projects were alive with the sounds of machinery, as workers diligently crafted a variety of products, including pet houses, contemporary gardening items, and an array of bamboo products. Additionally, the second factory of the Phase III project is nearing completion, with the installation of equipment and the simultaneous production of bamboo goods intended for export to Europe well underway. This enterprise exemplifies a thriving and prosperous development.
